Ordering From Pit Bike Parts:

Browse through our catalog and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. Orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing an order. Please note we are mail order only and do not allow collections or in store visits.

Delivery schedule:

We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be despatched within one working day, please allow 2-3 working days for delivery within the UK. 

Payment:

We accept payment by Clearpay, Payl8r, Card and PayPal. We do also accept Payments for orders submitted through the site over the phone on 01789766777.

Packaging:

At Pit Bike Parts, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to insure that happens. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement will be mailed out within one working day, free of any charge.

Deliveries to UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland)

For UK mainland deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. The postage cost per item should be shown along side the item description, if it is not, please email Pit Bike Parts for a quote. Items mailed within the UK will normally be sent first class recorded delivery and insured for £30.00. Heavier items may be sent UK Mail  and will normally be insured for the full replacement value of the item. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance, Special Delivery or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order. Pit Bike Parts reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate. Postcodes or areas classed as out of bounds and that will require additional postage for items or orders weighing over 2KG are as follows  AB, PA, PH, IV,  ZE, BT, KA, IM, Isle of Wight, Channel Isles & Isles of Scilly.

Warranty

Parts are for off road use and come without warranty unless stated in the items description.

Overseas & non-mainland UK:

We are currently unable to offer shipping outside of the uk

Returns:

Under Consumer Regulations you have the right to cancel your order as long as you do so no later than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter, email or call 01789 766777 within a period of 14 days beginning on the day after you receive your goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them. You should return the goods to us in their original packaging wherever possible, within 14 days of informing us your wish to cancel. If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage. For full details of your rights under the Consumer Protection Regulations, please contact your Citizens Advice Bureau or a Solicitor.
