What a great puzzle! What a great company! Heritage is the BEST. We bought this puzzle in Michigan when on vacation in 2019, worked it when we got home when we had time, only to find out there was one piece missing. We contacted Heritage and they replaced the puzzle for us. Many, many thanks. Easter Sunday 2020, however, as we put our grandson’s highchair back at the table I looked down at the floor and saw a puzzle piece. I couldn’t believe my eyes – the missing piece must have been on the chair all the time. We sent a check to Heritage for the replacement puzzle.
